At DMC Primary Care, we continually strive to make medical care, information, and data available to our patients in the most efficient way possible. You can order prescription refills, get a referral, pay a bill, and find helpful forms directly on our website.

How do I access the patient portal?

Existing account holders can access the Patient Portal here. If you do not yet have an account, you can set one up either by phone or email: Send us your email address via an email request, or Call 603.537.1300 and choose option 3. Our receptionist will send you an email invitation to join the Patient Portal.
