Who can access my Mon Health Medical Center health information?

This access may also be granted to a parent or child of a patient. MyMonHealth is a private, secure online management tool that provides you with easy access to selected portions of your Mon Health Medical Center health information and to some of our hospital-based care providers.

What information can I See in a patient portal?

The Patient Portals at Mon Health allow you to see lab results, radiology reports, discharge documents, and patient information from your visits. Other information in the patient’s electronic medical record is available, such as medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues, and Advance Directives.

Does Mon Health Medical Center charge for continuing care requests?

There is no charge for Continuing Care requests if records are sent directly to a medical provider or medical facility. Every Mon Health Medical Center patient has the opportunity to request an amendment to his or her health information.

Is mymonhealth HIPAA compliant?

Other information in the patient’s electronic medical record is available, such as medications, allergies, immunizations, health issues and Advance Directives.
