How do I create a password for my SJRA patient portal?
When you click on the link, you will be taken to our SJRA Patient Portal and prompted to create a password. Your password must be at least eight characters in length. It must contain at least two numbers, two uppercase alpha letters, and one unique character (i.e.!@#$%, etc.). Passwords are case sensitive.
