My UC Health, also known as MyChart, is a free, safe and secure online tool that provides patients direct access to personal health information from a mobile device, tablet or computer anytime, anywhere.

How do I deactivate my UCHealth account?

There are many advantages to having a My Health Connection account as a UCHealth patient. But if you wish to deactivate your account, you may do so anytime. Please note: deactivating your account does not delete your UCHealth medical records. Step 2: Click the menu button in the top-right corner of the screen. Step 3: Click “Settings.”
