FAQ
What is the children’s national primary care portal?
The portal offers you convenient access for your needs – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Children’s National Primary Care is joining the rest of Children’s National on MyChildrensPortal to ensure we have up-to-date technology and seamless care for your family. This portal switch also includes a new scheduling and medical records system.
Do I need a mychildrensportal account for children’s national specialty clinics?
If you already have a MyChildrensPortal account for Children’s National specialty clinics, no action is needed. Your account will automatically include Children’s National primary care starting June 12. Patient families who do not already have MyChildrensPortal can request access in person at your next primary care appointment.
How can I access my Child’s Health Information?
This information can be accessed via our patient portal, our medical records team or from other support services that we offer for your child’s care. You can manage your child’s health information, access medical records, contact your physician and more through our online patient portal for inpatient care, specialty care and primary care.
How do I contact children’s National?
For health-related questions, please contact your care team directly. For all technical questions, support is available 24/7 at 1-877-621-8014. How do I enroll in the portal? 1. Request an invite: Portal invites can be requested from many Children’s National team members.
