To manually create a patient portal account:
  1. Go to Address Book.
  2. Enter patient’s name in the Search box.
  3. Select the patient from the search results list.
  4. Click Patient Portal tab.
  5. Click CREATE ACCOUNT.
  6. Click Patient Portal tab.
  7. 2.To print a card with the patient’s username and password, click PRINT CARD.
