How do I join a waiting room?

Go to a private, safe place of your choosing. Click on the link in your appointment reminder, or visit this page and select your state, then search for your provider by their last name. Once you see your provider on the list, select the “Join Waiting Room” button. You may be prompted to download the appropriate software if necessary.
