How do I log in to MedFusion patient portal?
Enter your username and password in the fields provided. Click on the “Log In” button. Once you have signed in, you will be taken to the Medfusion Patient Portal dashboard. Here, you can access your medical records, ask for prescription refills, schedule appointments, talk to your healthcare provider, and manage your personal health information.
How do I register as a patient fusion user?
After they click the orange Access your records button from the email invitation in Graphic 1, above, the patient (or the patient authorized representative) will be taken to the Patient Fusion Sign up screen to register as a new portal user.
