How do I use the patient image portal?
Our Patient Image Portal offers you easy access to view your scan images electronically, allowing you to view your scan images online and share them with healthcare professionals including your consultant or referrer. How do I log into the portal? You will receive an email from ‘Vista Health Portal’.
How do I access the medical imaging database?
To gain access please complete the application form and return it to your local Medical Imaging Department. Break Glass and search the database using the patient’s last name and first name. To apply complete the form. An application form must have a mobile number on it to be accepted.
How do I register for a patient portal account?
Registering for a patient portal account is easy! Just ask to set up an account at your next visit. We will request a current photo ID and valid email address during registration. Once registered, you will receive an email with a temporary login ID and password to access the portal.
