How do I connect to the TCO patient portal?

The request will be reviewed with the provider and you will be notified on the status of the request. If you are interested in connecting to the TCO Patient Portal, Follow My Health, please click on the link below to fill out the form. We are obligated to tell you a list of available MRI locations in the Twin Cities Metropolitan Area.

Is TCO billed as a physician clinic?

TCO is licensed as a physician clinic and when we bill your insurance for your visit, it is billed as a service performed in a physician clinic. Insurance benefits and patient responsibility amounts vary greatly. TCO will NOT be billing with a “Place of Service” equivalent to Urgent Care or Emergency.

How do I access the TFPC patient portal?

The username and password will be the same as you use for the portal. If you don’t currently use the portal, please call and speak to a receptionist to get access to begin using the TFPC patient portal as well as the Healow app. Get easier access with the healow app download it for free!
