How do I access Kareo patient portal?
Through Patient Portal, practices can view which emails have gone out and when payments come in. Click Settings > Patient Portal. The Kareo Patient Portal activation page launches. Click Get Started. The Patient Portal Sign in page opens. Enter the Kareo login email credentials > Click Sign in. The Kareo Terms of Service page opens.
How do I Find my Kareo card number?
For security purposes, the card number is not stored in Kareo. Only the last four digits and expiration date can be viewed by the practice. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient’s name or date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) in the top navigation bar search box.
How do I Reset my Kareo password?
The Kareo login page opens. Enter the email address associated with your Kareo username and your password. Click Sign In. The Kareo Dashboard opens. To reset your password, click the I’ve forgotten my username or password! link and follow instructions on the Forgot your password? page.
