What is the reach clinic?
The REACH Clinic provides patients with access to a pharmacist, doctor, nurse, social worker and other services in order to give comprehensive health care.
Who can access reach health care services?
Our health care services are generally only available to registered and active clients of REACH. The health care program at REACH is funded by Vancouver Coastal Health to provide quality care to individuals and families with complex health and social needs. Most visits are by appointment.
How do I book an appointment at reach healthcare GP practice?
Patients registered with Reach Healthcare GP Practice can book an appointment at the service through their GP Practice. These appointments are not suitable for all types of problems. (NB. This is not a walk-in service). The opening hours are 13.00-20.00pm weekdays and 09.00-16.00pm weekends and Bank Holidays.
