How do I refer a patient to Ris?

For access to images and reports via our clinician portal, please register with RIS at [email protected] or contact your local RIS clinic. You can download our referral forms via the links below, or order referral pads by emailing us at [email protected] or contacting your local RIS clinic.

What information can I find on the patient portals?

Two Patient Portals allow you to view different portions of your medical records depending on the type of service you had. The information on the patient portals is the most accurate and up-to-date information available based on your last healthcare visit.

How do I log in to Ris?

Note: To log in to RIS you will need to be connected to TMU-VPN and will require Two-Factor Authentication. See the links below for more information.
