What does aaphc stand for?
Albany Area Primary Health Care (AAPHC) has launched our own Pharmacy to better meet the needs of our patients and community members. We now have two Pharmacy locations in Albany and Leesburg to care for our patients across Southwest Georgia.
What is the my health care patient portal?
The my health care patient portal is a fully integrated component of MEDITECH Expanse. Accurate health information is seamlessly connected from Expanse through the portal to patients. From any device, patients can log in to the portal and view their health information obtained from across our four sites.
