MyChart is the electronic patient portal at Addenbrooke’s and The Rosie hospitals which allows patients to securely access parts of their health record held within our hospitals’ Epic electronic patient record system.

How do I get a MyChart activation code?

• If you are an existing Inova or Valley Health patient, please contact your doctor’s office or hospital registration desk to verify your identity and obtain a MyChart Activation Code. • If you are not currently an Inova patient, please submit your information, so we can help establish your MyChart account.

How can I access my hospital information via MyChart?
