How do I request medical records not found in MyChart?

You can request medical records not found in MyChart be sent to you electronically from the Requested Records section of the Documents Center on the My Record menu. Indicate which type of records you would like to request, the date of the visit, and any additional details in the Explanation field.

What to do if you don’t have refills?

If you have refills remaining, please contact your pharmacy directly. If you do not have any refills and need a new prescription from your provider, you can quickly & easily request them
