What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart consolidates many common tasks into one secure, easy-to-use online patient portal. It gives you access to most of your medical records on your desktop computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone 24 hours a day. Some medical records may only be available through our hospital Medical Records office.
Who can sign into my historical KChart?
Swedish or PacMed Patients: For services before 6/15/2019, sign into your historical MyChart. Kadlec Patients: For services before 8/17/2019, sign into your historical KChart . Prosser Memorial Health Hospital & Clinics Patients: For services before 8/17/2019, sign into your historical KChart .
What can I do with my chart?
MyChart allows you to schedule appointments, request prescription refills, review your health history including lab results, medications, immunizations and more—all securely stored for quick retrieval online! You can also use MyChart to manage your family’s health as well, including elderly parents and children.
What happens to my medical records at the Alaska Regional Senior Health Clinic?
We at the Alaska Regional Senior Health Clinic consider it a privilege to serve the Anchorage community. We will remain custodian of your confidential medical records. You may contact us at (907) 433-5100 and a copy of your medical records will be forwarded to your new provider upon completing the authorization form.
