How do I regain access to my MyChart account?

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid Email address on file, you will need to contact Altru’s Customer Support at 1-701-780-6500 from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday to help you regain access to your MyChart account. New to MyChart?

If you have been given your Medical Record Number, please be sure to use that while signing up to assure we can match your account to your medical record. A patient must be at least 14 years of age to create a MyChart account. If the patient is under the age of 14, you will need to request proxy access to the child.

Proxy request can be submitted by the Proxy Request Formon the right of your screen or it can be submitted electronically by the parent/guardian logging into their MyChart account, MyChart Menu, scrolling down to “Proxy Access” Header, and selecting “Request Minor Proxy Access”.
