How old do I have to be to create a MyChart account?

A patient must be at least 14 years of age to create a MyChart account. If the patient is under the age of 14, you will need to request proxy access to the child.

What time are Altru’s Express video visits available?

Altru’s Express Video Visits are now available Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Patients and community members will still be able to call 701.780.6358 for help with COVID-19 and other health questions.

How to request proxy access for a child?

Proxy request can be submitted by the Proxy Request Formon the right of your screen or it can be submitted electronically by the parent/guardian logging into their MyChart account, MyChart Menu, scrolling down to “Proxy Access” Header, and selecting “Request Minor Proxy Access”.
