How do I contact arc support?
For additional help, call MyChart Support at 512-ARC-HELP. Quickly schedule an appointment with your preferred provider. Request caregiver or proxy access to your loved ones’ health information. Send a message or attachment to your provider on ARC MyChart. Update your personal and health information prior to arriving at your appointment.
How do I access MyChart billing?
If you are a guarantor for their account and have a balance, you can access MyChart Billing to pay bills, view past statements, set up paperless billing and view an outstanding balance. After login, the patient navigates to [Your Menu] and clicks Billing Summary.
