What is MyChart and how do I use it?
MyChart offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With MyChart, you can use the Internet to: Request medical appointments. View your health summary from the MyChart electronic health record.
What is the my Rush app?
The My Rush app provides mobile, on-the-go access to your health record so you can manage your care on a single, secure platform. Anyone with a MyChart account can download and use the app for free. If you don’t have a MyChart account, you can create one on your computer or on the app.
What is Rush?
RUSH is a not-for-profit health care, education and research enterprise comprising RUSH University Medical Center, RUSH University, RUSH Oak Park Hospital, RUSH Health, and RUSH Copley Medical Center. The electronic record is the property of Rush Copley and the information displayed in MyChart is not the complete medical record.
How to talk to a doctor on MyChart?
If you’re using MyChart, select Talk to a Doctor for the main menu. If you’re using the My Rush app, navigate to Appointments > On-Demand Video Visits.
What is the number to call for a virtual visit?
If you have questions or concerns about your on-demand video visit, please contact (312) 563-0372 .
What age can you get a video visit?
Video visits are available to adults and to children older than 3 months. New and existing patients are accepted. Video visits are available to children of all ages for cough, cold/flu and concern for novel coronavirus.
How long does it take to get a notification for a video visit?
Check in for a video visit and get a notification within 20 minutes that a provider is ready to connect or select a same-day appointment time.
Where do you go to complete your Rush video visit?
To complete your video visit, you will be taken to My Rush where we will collect the information needed to get you on your way and feeling better.
