MyChart gives you secure and direct online access to portions of your electronic health record (EHR). With MyChart you will be able to view most diagnostic test results, upcoming diagnostic testing and doctor appointments, medications, immunizations, and more. Bayhealth Medical Group physicians are also participating in MyChart.
How do I access my Physician records on MyChart?
MyChart also provides access to physician records from North Bend Medical Center and Bay Clinic. Patients will need an activation code to sign up for a MyChart account. This code allows you to create your new MyChart user ID and password, which you will then use to log on to MyChart.
