    MyChart Bedside is your portal for engaging with your care while admitted to the hospital. Empower yourself and your family with access to your care team, clinical data, and health education. MyChart Bedside uses your hospital’s medical record system to securely show you information, so check with your care team to see if the system supports it.

    What are the benefits of using the MyChart mobile app?

    This includes planned treatments and procedures, vital signs, medications, test results, and diagnoses. Visibility into who is on your treatment team. Access to inpatient information after discharge through the mobile MyChart mobile app (this requires an active MyChart account).

    How do patients and their proxies access MyChart bedside information?

    Patients and their proxies can access MyChart Bedside information from their MyBCH app on their personal device. If you do not have a personal smartphone or tablet, a hospital-issued iPad will be assigned to you during your stay. As a patient, you and/or your proxies will now see important information regarding your inpatient stay.

    How do I sign up for MyChart?

    Click “Sign Up” after you download the app. (MyChart is only available for desktop access, effective May 1, 2022.) Step 1: Register for MyChart online using the activation code you were given by your doctor’s office. Once you’ve created your MyChart account, you will no longer need this code.
