How do I get a MyChart activation code?
During your next visit to your physician or a Baptist Health facility, you will receive an “After Visit Summary” that contains a MyChart activation code. The code will allow you to log in and from there, create your own username and password for MyChart. GET THE APP.
How do I ask a question in MyChart?
After logging into your MyChart account, hover over the Messaging tab and select “Ask a Question” Select the option that applies to you: new medical question, request a medication refill or customer service question.
