1) During your office visit you will receive an email containing a link that automatically enrolls you in MyChart. Click the link and follow the instructions to activate and access your MyChart account. 2) After your office visit you can go to MyPatientChart.org and click Sign up Now.

Can a patient use BJC HealthCare and Washington University Physicians MyChart?

If the patient has a MyChart account at the outside organization, she can also use her BJC HealthCare and Washington University Physicians MyChart account to see her test results, message her providers, and schedule appointments with the outside organization.
