MyChart is a secure and easy tool for managing your health. With a mobile device or a desktop computer, you can use MyChart anytime to find a doctor, see your medical records, schedule and participate in a video visit with a healthcare provider and do much more.
How do I install MyChart?
Install MyChart by going to the App store Once in the App store click on the Search icon in the lower right-hand corner of the screen and type in “MyChart” into the search bar under the word Search. Click on the first search item that says MyChart. Scroll down until you see the MyChart icon .
How can I Manage my MyChart account securely and electronically?
Manage your account securely and electronically through the MyChart website and mobile app: View your monthly statements and pay your bills, including those of family members under the age of 18 for whom you are responsible. Use a credit card or checking account, and save this information securely for future use.
Can I Activate my MyChart account if my information is verified?
If your information is verified, you will be able to activate your MyChart account immediately. If your information cannot be verified and you are an established Johns Hopkins Medicine patient, please call the MyChart helpline at 800-318-4246 for assistance.
Is TLS 1.1 enabled in Safari?
There are no options for enabling SSL protocols. If you are using Safari version 7 or greater, TLS 1.1 & 1.2 are automatically enabled.
Does Windows Vista support TLS 1.1?
Windows Vista and XP system users that use Internet Explorer as their browser will not have the ability to support TLS 1.1 & 1.2 and will need to install another browser such as Chrome or FireFox to continue to access MyChart.
