Please call Capital Region Medical Records Department at 573.632.5648 for the following: Medical Records staff are available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. *Patients of MU Health Care and CRMC who are already enrolled in the MU Health Care portal can simply login to their MU Health Care account.

Our Capital Region Women’s Care location at the Clifton Park Health Park on Route 9 offers the advantage of several on-site services, including primary care, a full-service medical imaging practice and Breast Center, and lab services. Patients (with few exceptions) must wear a face mask upon entering our facility.
