Can I re-enroll in caremount medical patient portal?
Our portal is for non-urgent matters only. If this is a medical emergency, please call 911. We make every effort to respond to portal messages within 48-72 hours. The CareMount Medical Patient Portal has been replaced. You are able to re-enroll in the brand new Patient Portal.
