If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account.
Who is eligible for a CaroMont health MyChart account?
If you have visited a CaroMont Health hospital or doctor’s office, you are eligible for a MyChart account. You can even manage your child’s health information or request proxy access for other family members (such as elderly parents) with permission. MyChart is completely free and easy to use.
Why is MyChart unavailable on Saturday November 19th?
MyChart will be unavailable on Saturday November 19th from 12 am to 3:00 am due to system maintenance. Can I use MyChart to refill my medications?
Please DO NOT use MyChart to refill your medications. To refill medications, you can call the refill line at (360) 312-2497 and select option 1 to refill a prescription. You can then enter the prescription number from your bottle.
