MyChart is your secure link to your personal medical record 24 hours a day. MyChart offers many features that allow you to conveniently: Please note, not all physician’s offices offer access to MyChart. Please check with your physician’s office to see how you can access MyChart.
Can I use MyChart for urgent medical needs?
MyChart is not to be used for urgent medical needs. For medical emergencies, dial 911. Patients who have been admitted to Covenant may also set up access to MyChart to view their Covenant medical records. If you have login instructions from your physician’s office or are a registered user, click here for MyChart.
