What do I need to know about CGH?

When you enter CGH, your consent for treatment is required. Consent for minors must be signed by a parent or legal guardian. You will be asked for photo ID and insurance information. To see if your procedure requires pre-approval, call your insurance company or contact our precertification representative.

Is CGH Medical Center a Medicare provider?

CGH Medical Center is a certified Medicare provider. We can submit one supplemental insurance claim for your deductibles or co-insurance payments, but we can only submit that claim after we’ve received your Medicare payment.
