If you are new to CHAS Health or don’t already have an athenahealth account, sign up today for online access to your health records, labs, test results, and more. Patients can message their doctor or provider directly and connect with their healthcare team!
How do medical devices connect to the Chas Health app?
With medical devices that connect by Bluetooth to the CHAS Health App, ongoing monitoring of chronic illnesses can be shared with your medical team. Patients can download the CHAS Health app for video visits and telehealth, message their doctor or provider, and access records from a mobile phone.
How many alerts does Chas health send per request?
Alerts 1 message per request. As the program will involve the transmission and use of your personal information, it is subject to CHAS Health’s Privacy Policy, which is available HERE, and to Patient Portal Terms and Conditions, which are available HERE.
Are lab results available in the Chas well patient portal?
Lab results are now available in the CHAS Well Patient Portal. Please know that your provider may not have had an opportunity to review your results prior to them being published in the portal. It may take 3-5 days for your provider’s comments or instructions to show in the portal.
