How do I regain access to my MyChart account?
If you have an e-mail address on file then your MyChart Username will be sent to your e-mail account. If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 253-792-2030 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.
What is MyChart activation code?
Patients who wish to participate will be issued a MyChart activation code during their clinic visit. This code will enable you to log in and create your own username and password. You will generally receive an answer within 1-3 business days. Please note that MyChart should not be used for urgent situations. Please contact your medical center if the situation requires immediate attention or dial 911 if it is an emergency.

Your test results are released to your MyChart account after your physician has reviewed them. This is generally within 1-12 days.
