With a MyChart account, you can easily manage your child’s health care from a mobile device, tablet or computer, whether you use the Children’s Health website or free mobile app. Through a hospital-issued tablet, patients have a new way to stay connected to their care team and quickly access important information about their hospital stay.

Can I skip the front desk with MyChart?

With MyChart, you can skip the front desk with our contactless eCheck-In process. Use eCheck-in (via MyChart) to check in to your child’s appointment virtually, up to 3 days in advance. You can also sign documents, confirm or update information, and pay copays from home using MyChart.

MyChart offers secure online access to portions of your child’s medical record. It enables you to easily and securely manage and receive information about your child’s health.

What time does the Resource Center open?

The Resource Center is open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 8 pm. Tuesday through Thursday, and 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday. Once you have the activation code, you have 60 days to go to mychart.childrenswi.org and activate your account.
