Who is eligible for a children’s health MyChart account?
MyChart is for Children’s Health patients and their caregivers. To have a Children’s Health MyChart account you must be either a patient of Children’s Health (aged 14 or older), or the parent or legal guardian of a patient (any age). Children in foster care and their caregivers are not eligible for MyChart accounts.
How do I add a child’s records to my MyChart account?
Ask a Denver Health staff member to add a child’s records to your MyChart. You do not have to be a Denver Health patient to access your child’s MyChart account. Ask a staff member to create a MyChart account as a non-patient to view your child’s medical information.
