How do I sign in to MyChart?
Visit the MyChart FAQ page for answers to common questions or talk to your doctor for more information. For technical support, please call (414) 250-7045. Once you’re registered, you can sign in to MyChart from your home computer at MyChart.childrenswi.org. You can also sign in with the Children’s Wisconsin app.
Do parents have access to the child’s MyChart account?
Under 14: Parents have full access to the child’s MyChart account. Ages 14-18: In order to provide confidentiality for our patients, parents have limited access. Parents can continue to message the care team and see test results. Teen patients can request their own MyChart account with full access to their health record.
What can I do with my chart?
MyChart has been expanded to give you even more access to your child’s healthcare team and medical record. MyChart is not for emergencies. If your child is experiencing a healthcare emergency, call 911 or visit the nearest emergency room. Message your provider. Check lab and radiology results. View Radiology images once the results are available.
What is MyChild’s medical record?
MyChildren’s is an electronic copy of portions of your child’s medical record. Labs are available when they are resulted. Results include tests done in outpatient, inpatient and emergency department settings. Radiology reports are available 4 days after they are completed.
