How do I get a children’s health MyChart account?
To get a Children’s Health MyChart account, ask for an activation code at your next appointment. If you or your child have already been seen by a Children’s Health provider, you can click the button to request an account. Who is MyChart for? MyChart is for Children’s Health patients and their caregivers.
What is MyChart and how does it work?
MyChart offers secure online access to portions of your child’s medical record. It enables you to easily and securely manage and receive information about your child’s health. Once you have the activation code, you have 60 days to go to mychart.childrenswi.org and activate your account.
How do I Manage my prescriptions in MyChart?
In MyChart, manage your prescriptions by clicking or tapping the Medications tab. You can: Sign up to receive text, e-mail or MyChart notifications about your prescription status. Receive notifications, including when it is ready for pick-up or refill. Refill prescriptions from your list of medications. Set up home delivery.
