To get a Children’s Health MyChart account, ask for an activation code at your next appointment. If you or your child have already been seen by a Children’s Health provider, you can click the button to request an account. Who is MyChart for? How can I view providers’ notes in MyChart?

To help you feel more involved in your child’s care, we have added a feature in MYchart called Open Notes. Through Open Notes, you can now view providers’ notes in MYchart. Notes often cover information about diagnoses, tests, procedures, medicines and treatment plans. The timing for when you can view notes depends upon the care setting.
