MyChart offers patients personalized and secure on-line access to portions of their medical records. It enables you to securely use the Internet to help manage and receive information about your health. With MyChart, you can use the Internet to: View your test results and health summary from the MyChart electronic health record

How do I Grant my Teen access to my MyChart?

You can do this by logging in to your MyChart and clicking the “Grant Teen MyChart Access” link under the Sharing menu. Your teen must be 13 years or older and have their own email address. Once your request is submitted, your teenager will receive an email from our MyChart customer service team within 2 business days.

How do I contact MyChart patient support?
