Notification messages regarding information in MyChart may be sent to your e-mail address. Any person with access to your e-mail account will be able to see this notification. Although no medical information will be sent, notification that new medical information is available on your MyChart account will be sent.
What is MyHealthMate app?
Through the MyHealthMate app, you can receive alerts on Community Medical Centers news and events, and access a trustworthy Health Library with more than 1,000 educational articles, allowing you to become an active participant in your journey to better health.
What is Epic’s patient experience?
Epic’s Patient Experience team builds software that millions of patients use to manage their health – including CMC Health and MyChart. Their team is always striving to make the software better and would love to hear from you!
Can you use MyChart on Epic?
Studies may be done remotely or on Epic’s campus. If you’re able to come to Epic, they’ll provide you with a lunch and a tour of their campus. MyChart is not to be used in emergencies or for messages that require immediate attention — for medical emergencies call 911.
