How long after getting tested can you get tested again?
If you think you have been exposed, you should continue to quarantine at home after you get tested. Get tested again in about five days to be sure you don’t unknowingly spread the virus. We encourage everyone who is not fully vaccinated to consider regular testing.
How long does it take for a negative test to show up?
However, a negative test at five days does not mean you cannot become infectious later. You can develop symptoms anytime from two to 14 days after being exposed to the virus and may be infections before developing symptoms. Some people never develop symptoms.
