How do I access the core physicians patient portal?
Go to the Core Physicians Patient Portal. Enter your username and password. The Patient Portal opens. Please call our Customer Service line at 603-580-6753 weekdays between 8:00am – 4:30pm if you need further assistance with the above links.
Does the core Institute accept insurance?
The CORE Institute accepts most insurance plans. You can verify our accepted insurance list here. As a patient, you have the right to request a copy of your medical records.
