Is MyChart replacing CVMC’s inpatient health portal?
MyChart became available to patients of most CVMC ambulatory departments and outpatient practices on November 9, 2019. MyChart is NOT replacing CVMC’s inpatient health portal—Meditech Central to Your Well Being—at this time.

MyChart® is a secure, online tool that connects you to your personalized health information from the privacy of your home—day or night—making it very easy for you to manage your healthcare. View selected information from your health record and recent test results.
What is UVM’s MyChart?
MyChart: Your portal to more connected, convenient, and secure health care. On November 9, 2019, the UVM Health Network launched its new and improved electronic health record system (EHR). As a result, you will need to activate your MyChart account to access your online health information.
What happened to CVMC’s legacy Patient Portal?
