Does CVS Health MyChart include my medical records?
CVS Health MyChart includes your medical records if you received care at one of our CVS Health companies, including Coram and MinuteClinic, LLC (which either operates or provides certain management support services to MinuteClinic-branded walk-in clinics). Remember, MyChart is NOT to be used for urgent needs.

Does MyChart have my Social Security number?
The MyChart app, gave me the option to “click here” to recover my user name. I had to submit my date of birth AND full social security number with my request. The email, with my user name WAS NEVER SENT TO ME. That means, MyChart, has my social security number and can now move forward with ID theft. WHY DID YOU ASK FOR MY SOCIAL?
