MyChart offers Children’s Colorado patients personalized and secure online access to portions of their medical records. It allows you to securely manage and receive information about your child’s health.
What’s new in Denver Health MyChart?
Denver Health MyChart users can now have a virtual urgent care visit with one of our expert providers. It’s easy and convenient to get the urgent care you need from the comfort of your home, using your smartphone, tablet or computer. MyChart now has a new feature called shared notes and open notes.
Who can access my Child’s Health Information in MyChart?
MyChart is available to children age 13 and older. If you have a child under 13 years old, a parent or legal guardian may access their health information in MyChart by becoming their proxy. To request family/proxy access to your child’s health information, you must complete a family access form.
How do I add a child’s records to my MyChart?
Ask a Denver Health staff member to add a child’s records to your MyChart. You do not have to be a Denver Health patient to access your child’s MyChart account. Ask a staff member to create a MyChart account as a non-patient to view your child’s medical information.
