What is the patient information portal?
Our patient information portal delivers useful information about your upcoming imaging exams. The UC Davis Department of Radiology provides the full range of diagnostic imaging services, as well as selected therapeutic techniques.
What is the my imaging portal?
The My Imaging Portal empowers you to access, share exams with your doctor or other referrer, and help manage your own images, x-rays and exam data – using a range of familiar, user-friendly browser-enabled devices. Ask about it at your next imaging appointment.
What is the University radiology patient portal?
Patients of University Radiology at Cooper can access their electronic health information at any time through the University Radiology Patient Portal. The University Radiology Patient Portal is a secure, online tool that connects you to your electronic medical record from the privacy of your home at any time, day or night.
How do I access my diagnostic imaging reports?
Log in to your My Health Record through myGov and select the record you want to access. Select ‘Documents’ from the menu on the top of your screen and select ‘Clinical Records’ from the dropdown menu. Navigate to the ‘Diagnostic imaging reports’ where you will see your reports.
