Should I look in MyChart on a Friday?

If you are concerned about test results, consider NOT looking in MyChart on a Friday. It can be frustrating to view results on a Friday afternoon because you will likely not be able to contact your provider with questions until Monday. This can make for a weekend filled with anxiety.

What do I do if I don’t see results in MyChart?

If you are expecting a result and don’t see it in MyChart after 7 days, or have questions about a result, contact your provider. Please note, only tests done within a Kettering Health office or facility will be available in your Kettering MyChart. Our Technical Support Team cannot release results to you.

How long does it take for a “reviewed/to MyChart” button to work?

When a clinician selects “Reviewed/To MyChart,” those results are immediately visible to patients who are enrolled in MyChart.
