What is Duke’s MyChart?
Duke’s MyChart is changing its name and will soon be known as My Duke Health. In the coming months, patients who visit Duke MyChart will be automatically redirected to the My Duke Health (my.dukehealth.org) website, which is the patient portal login page, and requires no action or additional steps from patients.
