On October 1, 2022, Emory Healthcare began using Epic, our new system for electronic health records that includes your new patient portal called MyChart. Moving to Epic will combine our multiple patient portals – Emory’s Blue, Gold, HealtheLife, Eye Center and Emory Decatur portals – into a single system.

Our patient portals are a convenient way to securely view your personal health information and interact with Emory Healthcare. They play a key role in your health care – providing a 24/7 connection to the information you need to make better decisions. We encourage all of our patients to create an account to ensure you have ready access to your personal health information.

Emory Healthcare uses different electronic medical records to provide patient care. Because of the way our technology works, this means we also have multiple patient portals – the BLUE , GOLD, and Eye Center portals. Depending on your providers, you may need access to more than one portal.
How long does MyChart expire?
