How much does MyChart cost?
This charge will not exceed $40. Your use of MyChart messaging for clinical issues authorizes Reliant Medical Group to bill for the provider’s services, and you agree you are responsible for any self-pay balance if your insurance does not cover the charges. Please check with your insurance company if you have any questions.
Can I send urgent messages using MyChart?
Please do not use MyChart to send any messages requiring urgent attention (i.e. in less than 2 business days). For urgent medical matters, please contact your doctor’s office by phone. In emergency situations, call 911.
